Senior Staff Engineer

Perform part design and robust part design or design automation. Perform optimization and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation for designed parts. Perform Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Tolerance-stack up analysis for designed parts. Design simple blanking for automotive body structures using Computer-Aided Three-Dimensional Interactive Application (CATIA) v.5. Design and optimize nested blanking for stamping parts.
