We begin by aligning your needs with our vast library of training materials to create a specific skills map for each engineer. The capabilities of the associate are continuously evaluated during training. We refine the plan as needed based on performance and struggle areas. At the end of training, we share their completed skills map that includes a detailed assessment with the associate’s achievements, areas to improve, and recommendations.
